Konnexa ("we", "us") is a product of CSK Global IT Solutions. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

CSK Global IT Solutions operates Konnexa, a multi-channel customer-communications platform (voice, WhatsApp, SMS) for business teams. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@getkonnexa.com.

Data we collect on this website

• Demo & pilot requests: the details you submit in our forms — name, work email, company, phone, team size, and your message. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and set up your pilot.
• Basic technical logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site working.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we never sell or rent your personal data.

Data we process in the Konnexa product

When your organisation uses Konnexa, we process business contact data, messages, call logs and (where your organisation enables it) call recordings and AI-generated call summaries — on behalf of your organisation, which controls that data. Each customer organisation's data is isolated from every other organisation's.

Sub-processors we rely on

• Twilio — voice, SMS and WhatsApp message delivery.
• Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting (India region) for the application and databases.
• AI providers (speech-to-text and language models) — used only to generate call transcriptions and summaries when the AI notes feature is enabled by your organisation.
• Zoho Mail — transactional email delivery.

Retention

Website enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Product data is retained for the duration of your organisation's subscription and deleted on verified request after termination.

Your rights

In line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to hello@getkonnexa.com — we respond within a reasonable time and without charge.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, credentials are stored in a dedicated secrets vault, and access within our team is limited to what operating the service requires.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes affecting product customers are communicated directly.
